School Days

You are looking at my big Kindergartner.
He decided to go in transformer style.
I'm so proud!! He told everyone that asked how his first day went that his mom was going crazy...really excited. :)
Heck! We're all excited!
And Look, Look at my big preschooler.
Lucy says she's ready for Kindergarten, but will settle for preschool.
As Lucy left her first day of preschool, she announced to her teachers and church lady helper, "Preschool is cool" with a big thumbs up. She's pretty darn cute.

December

We had a spirited December filled with all our favorite people! To shed off some of our amazing Christmas prime rib and pies, we took the bus up to Western and hiked up to the arb. It was ambitious for all those short legs.

Max lead us up the mountain and suggested moving our house up there so we wouldn't have to hike down.
Dig deep, Evan!

Santa brought Max a gerbil. Max decided to name him "squeaky" because he looks a lot like a mouse. Thanks, a lot Santa!

Is that a chocolate football bulging in Harvey's stocking??
Miss Lucy likes her pillow pet, Lady!
We spent many wonderful hours around this table this Christmas season. This was one meal we didn't have to bribe the kids to eat...Grandma's cinnamon rolls!!! YUM! YUM!
